The fine print

VAT: all prices are in KES and exclude 16% VAT, which is added where applicable. Pay easily by M-Pesa.
Minimum terms: websites are one-off; ads, chatbot and Review Engine have a 3-month minimum; lead gen is 6 months because deliverability needs time. Then rolling monthly, 30-day notice.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins. Out-of-scope work KES 2,500/hr (KES 3,500/hr strategy), always quoted in writing first.
